The Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program
As of December 1, 2025
The Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program provides grant funding to homeowners affected by eligible disasters for home repairs, reconstruction or work already completed.
The state has administered the program in response to the 2016 Great Floods, the 2020-21 Disasters and Hurricane Francine, helping homeowners throughout the state rebuild and recover.
