To access and administer federal Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery funding appropriated to Louisiana for recovery after a disaster, the state must submit an action plan that:

LOCD-DR keeps a public archive of all action plans, amendments and appendices for CDBG-DR funding appropriated by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development to Louisiana for recovery and mitigation efforts.
